There is plenty of action in the world of Golf at the moment. Jason Day has moved to world No.4 with victory in the Farmers Insurance Open in San Diego and seems like he is on the cusp of having a breakthrough season. This was his third career PGA Tour victory, and his second in two years. Meanwhile, Tiger Woods’ ranking continues to plummet through the earth’s crust.
But the big news today is that back at the Ranch, Australian golfer Adam Scott has announced his wife has given birth to a baby girl.
The world No.5 and 2013 Masters champion said his wife, Marie Kojzar, gave birth to Bo Vera Scott at a private hospital on the Gold Coast on Sunday.
Scott and Kojzar were married in May last year and announced in December they were expecting their first child.
Scott has not played since the Australian PGA Championship in December, the 34-year-old skipping the recent US PGA Tour events with his wife in the final stages of pregnancy.
He is expected to return at the Florida Swing; either at the Honda Classic or Doral.
